Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancelling an order

• You can cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, provided it has not been dispatched.
• Email or WhatsApp us with your Order ID. Cancellation is confirmed by email.
• Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled; it can be returned only under the conditions in our Return Policy.
• Personalised astrology reports (Kundali) cannot be cancelled once report preparation has begun.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are issued for orders cancelled in time, and for items that arrive damaged, defective or wrong (per the Return Policy).
• Prepaid refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval; COD refunds go to the UPI ID or bank account you provide.
• Any prepaid discount or coupon applied to a cancelled order is naturally withdrawn with the refund.

3. Non-refundable

• Rudraksha, yantras, malas and other energised products once worn or installed
• Consumable ritual products (incense, oils, camphor, etc.)
• Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery
