1. Where we ship

We currently deliver within India only, to all serviceable PIN codes. International shipping is not available at present.

2. Shipping charges

• Free shipping on all orders of ₹499 and above.
• A flat delivery charge of ₹100 applies to orders below ₹499.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across India at no extra charge.
• All charges are shown clearly at checkout before you place the order. Prices include GST.

3. Processing & delivery time

• Orders are verified, energised and packed within 1–2 business days (COD orders may be confirmed by call/WhatsApp before dispatch).
• Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days from dispatch for most locations; remote or restricted areas may take longer.
• Festive seasons, sales or courier disruptions can add 1–3 days; we will keep you informed.

4. Couriers & tracking

• We ship through reputed national courier partners, selected per PIN code for the fastest reliable delivery.
• Every order is shipped with tracking, sent by email/SMS/WhatsApp.

5. Delivery & packaging

• Fragile items (yantras, idols, crystal trees) are double-boxed with protective padding.
• Please provide an accurate address and a reachable mobile number. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
• If a delivery attempt fails, the courier will usually reattempt; after repeated failures the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to re-dispatch.
• Please record an unboxing video when opening your parcel — it makes any damage claim quick and hassle-free (see our Return Policy).
