These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this Website and any purchase you make from it. The Website is operated by Ldelight Solutions Private Limited under the brand name Nama Veda. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method chosen.

3. Products, descriptions and pricing

We describe every item as accurately as we can. Rudraksha, Karungali, crystals and other natural products vary in colour, grain, size and weight — no two pieces are identical, and small variation from the photographs is normal and not a defect.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, withdraw products or correct errors at any time before your order is accepted. If a genuine pricing or stock error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you and offer either a corrected order or a full refund.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation message acknowledges receipt but does not create a contract; the contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable, the delivery address is outside our serviceable area, or we suspect fraud or misuse. Where payment has been taken, it will be refunded in full.

5. Payment

Online payments are processed by Razorpay, which supports UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, net banking, and debit and credit cards. We do not store your card or UPI credentials — they are handled entirely by the payment gateway.

6. Shipping, returns and cancellation

Delivery timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns and replacements are governed by our Return & Replacement Policy, and cancellations and refunds by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.

7. Astrology services and spiritual products

Our astrology calculators, kundali reports and related content are provided for guidance and personal interest only. They are generated from the birth details you supply, using classical Vedic methods and a third-party calculation service. Their accuracy depends on the accuracy of those details — particularly the time of birth.

Nothing on this Website is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and no outcome is promised or guaranteed. Spiritual products are sold as objects of faith and tradition; we make no claim that any item will produce a particular result. 8. Your account and conduct

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that takes place under it. You agree not to misuse the Website — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping or copying content in bulk, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

The Nama Veda name, logo, site design, photographs and written content belong to Ldelight Solutions Private Limited or are used under licence, and may not be copied or reproduced without our written permission.

10. Third-party services

The Website relies on third parties for payments, shipping, and astrology calculations. Where your data is shared with them it is limited to what the service requires, as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external websites we link to.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
